Background
This product management consulting company wanted to be able to use AI to increase the quality of their software requirements, while also speeding up the process. The company had a thorough set of proprietary information it could use, and lots of written information on their product management processes. But, their big question was: is it possible to apply AI to any of this?

Main Features:
There were 3 main use cases we started with:
1) Summarize already written software requirements in a way that makes sense to non-technical people involved in their software projects. The AI also needed to interact via chat. The idea was to reduce repeated and unnecessary meetings while keeping everyone up to date.
2) Find gaps or problems in already written software requirements, because it is very expensive to fix mistakes once the software is already developed.
3) Take transcripts from meetings where software requirements were discussed and provide a rough draft of the requirements discussed for a product manager to verify and add upon.
Future Vision:
Eventually, they want to build out this technology to include many more use cases and also help with some visual models they use to help with their product management work. Then, once everything is smoothed out, they’d even like to license the software to other companies and individuals to make a profit.
