Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
This agreement is between EasyBA (“EasyBA”) and you (“Client”). These terms and conditions govern the provision of products and services by EasyBA to the Client.

2. Services
EasyBA will provide digital products and services as described on our website. EasyBA is not responsible for the outcomes of any decisions made by the Client based on these products or services.

3. Payment, Fees, and Guarantees
Fees for digital products are as described on the product or service’s page and EasyBA reserves the right to change these at anytime with or without notice.

The Client may request a refund for any payments made within the last 30 days. EasyBA reserves the right to decline requests or to provide refunds for all or a portion of purchases.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Client owns all outputs produced under this agreement, except in the event of a refund as described above. EasyBA retains ownership of all other intellectual property.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to not disclose any information shared under this agreement, except in the instances of reviews, testimonials, referrals, or other means agreed to in writing.

6. Liability and Disclaimers
EasyBA provides products and services “as is” and disclaims all warranties. Liability for damages is limited to the last payment made by the Client.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing agreement with notice, subject to any fees or other obligations.

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

9. Miscellaneous
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any changes must be in writing and agreed to by both parties.

10. AI Output
Any output produced through AI or other technologies and not actively produced by a member of the EasyBA team is not enforceable. Although these technologies are improving, they still occasionally produce errors and may state something incorrect.
