1. Introduction
This agreement is between EasyBA (“EasyBA”) and you (“Client”). These terms and conditions govern the provision of business analysis digital products and services by EasyBA to the Client.
2. Services
EasyBA will provide business analysis related digital products and services as described on our website. EasyBA is not responsible for the outcomes of any decisions made by the Client based on these services.
3. Payment, Fees, and Guarantees
Fees for digital products are as described on our website.
100x Value Guarantee Products: for products with the 100x value guarantee, if you do not grow profits by at least 100x what you paid by applying what you learned throughout 12 months, you will get a full refund.
3x Money Back Guarantee Products: Certain conditions must be met for digital products that include the 3x money-back guarantee. The first condition is that the Client must apply the learnings from the digital product in the manner described. The second condition is that the Client must give the implementation 12+ months to grow profits by 10%+.
How to Apply for Refund: Once the Client provides evidence that these conditions have been met and the Client has also provided the necessary information to wire money to the Client’s desired bank account, EasyBA will wire the amount of money paid to the specified bank account within 30 days.
Fees for services are as described on our website. The Client may request a refund within 30 days of the initial payment. EasyBA reserves the right to decline requests or to provide refunds for all or a portion of purchases. In the event of a refund, the Client is not permitted to use any of the work provided to them by EasyBA. Additionally, any tangible or intangible work produced through the partnership is owned by EasyBA in its entirety.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Client owns all outputs produced under this agreement, except in the event of a refund as described above. EasyBA retains ownership of all other intellectual property.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to not disclose any information shared under this agreement, except in the instances of reviews, testimonials, referrals, or other means first agreed to in writing beforehand.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
EasyBA provides products and services “as is” and disclaims all warranties. Liability for damages is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing agreement with notice, subject to any fees or other obligations.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
9. Miscellaneous
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any changes must be in writing and agreed to by both parties.
