How Does the Subscription Work?
You pay for a month’s worth of work upfront. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
If you pause before using the whole month, you may unpause and use up the remainder at any time, just let me know.
How Does the Money-Back Guarantee Work?
All plans come with a 30-day moneyback guarantee.
And, you do not have to worry about getting denied. I would never argue over a refund requested within 30 days (or even a little passed). I would just give it. I would ask for feedback though, in case there is anything that I could improve.
However, anyone who requests a refund is no longer allowed to use or access whatever was built.
Can You Do Any Tech Project?
Not necessarily.
Generally, the way it works is we figure out some big problems or opportunities in your business. Then, I come up with a way to improve that for you. You get to accept or reject it before I start. I will not make recommendations if I cannot do it, or if it would take too long for you to get a return on your investment.
If I cannot deliver for whatever reason, I will provide a refund. And, if someone makes a request upfront that is not a fit, I would say so before starting.
What Are the Payment Terms?
All payments are due before work starts.
What’s Expected From Your Clients?
It varies per client. It’s best to start off with an onboarding call and go from there. I want to make sure we focus on the most valuable area of your business first. THEN, we figure out the best way to build something to benefit you the most.
What it takes to build the solution varies. Sometimes nothing is needed but answers to questions. Other times I may need access to data, admin or API access to applications, an understanding of your operating procedures, etc.
How Do Clients Manage the Development Work?
Clients do not manage the development work. However, clients may request specific work or make adjustments to priorities. I handle as much as possible so that you can keep working on the rest of your business.

Can I Do Multiple Projects?
Yes. Subscriptions come with an unlimited number of requests. You can also adjust the priority on any request at any time, otherwise I will prioritize them for you.
What If I Don’t Know What I Want You To Build?
It is almost always better for me to analyze the business first. Then, I bring you my findings and we come to an agreement about what the next steps are.
How Do I Cancel?
Cancel anytime. You will have my personal email address upon sign-up. Simply email me there, or cancel via the Stripe link provided.
How Big is EasyBA?
It’s pretty much a one-man show run by me, Alexander Moen. I may occasionally bring in my wife (who also has an MBA and deep finance expertise), or some additional sales or development help, but not usually.
Who Owns the Technology That EasyBA Creates?
The client owns everything. That being said, some solutions may utilize other tools. In that case, the tools may be owned by their respective companies. The only exception is if you request a refund. In that case, the former client does not own any of the deliverables and ownership reverts back 100% to EasyBA.
