Background
Many companies that have been around for a long time have trouble searching for images they have created over the years. These images lack the meta data necessary to be able to find the best of what is available in a quick manner.
Main Features:
The Meta Tags for Images application allows the user to upload images. It then uses AI vision to determine what is in the picture. It uses that information to attach meta data. It also allows for a “human in the loop” to add or remove meta data and confirm that everything looks in order. The Meta Tags for Images application then adds the tags, allowing for them to be searchable.
This minor task allows marketers and designers to literally save hours searching for images for their projects.
Future Vision:
The future version of this would connect directly to SharePoint or Content Management System, and then once the meta data is confirmed, send it back to where it came from. Also, as time goes on, need for “human in the loop” is likely to drastically go down or even be removed entirely. All future images added would easily have meta data added as well, and then automatically be routed to the most appropriate place in the CMS.
